_{Because I'm a dork and I insist on making an OC for every show that I like. xD BAKUGAN WAS NEXT ON THE LIST, LOLZ. And it was quick to do. Like, only an hour or so. Real quick. So! My first sketch of her was on my massive sketch dump, so those of you saw it might remember seeing her. Lucilia Rutherford! But better known as "Lucia" or "Lucy", which ever you prefer call her. [For the record, she prefers "Lucia".] So, she's sixteen-years-old in the New Vestroia arc, so I guess she'd be thirteen or fourteen during the original show. She's shy, insecure, and rather quiet, but she's very intelligent, a lot smarter than she lets on to be. She's actually about as brilliant as Marucho, but she tries to keep it under wraps. She's from the southern United States, but she only has a very faint Southern accent when she consciously thinks about it. She smiles and laughs a lot, but unless she's very comfortable around who she's with, she doesn't say much herself. She likes to help people as much as she can, but gets very flustered when things don't work out as she hoped. She doesn't really function well under a lot of pressure either.... She's rather good friends with the other Battle Brawlers. She jokes around with Dan, is a little scared and wary of Shun, talks "smart talk" with Marucho, has her "girl time" with Runo, Julie, and Alice. ...And she has a crush on Alice. She'll never admit to it, but she really does. Originally, it was on Masquerade [who is an alternate personality of Alice's OH GOD I JUST RUINED THE FIRST SEASON FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T SEEN IT ;A;], but she realized that she felt the same way towards Masquerade as she did towards Alice, so.... Yeah. Shoujo-ai action, folks. Whoo.

Oh! And Lucia is a Darkus brawler! [Because Darkus is awesome and you ALL know it. Anything that's purple, black, red, and gold is OBVIOUSLY awesome. ] She has several Bakugan that she primarily uses, and they're all Darkus-attributed. Duh. xD So! Darkus Sirenoid, Darkus Harpus, Darkus Fourtress, Darkus Percival, Darkus Preyas II [comprised of Engel, who is Darkus/Haos-attributed, and Daemon, who is Darkus/Pyrus-attributed], and Darkus Neo Dragonoid, who is nicknamed "Draik". Draik is her main Bakugan, her "guardian" Bakugan, if you will. He's very intelligent and knows a lot a Vestroia, like Dan's Drago. Unlike Drago, Draik has to constantly reassure Lucia about EVERYTHING. He has to keep her calm and collected, like himself. He's kind and loving and and very protective and very very gentle...TOWARDS LUCIA. Towards everyone else, especially people he doesn't really know or people that are cruel or enemies of Lucia, he's rather sarcastic and cold. Once he warms up to someone or another Bakugan, he is very sweet. He's pretty much the ideal Bakugan for Lucia. xD [And yes. All those Bakugan listed? I have. Even Draik. Who I carry around with me as a little good luck charm. Because Draik's awesome. ...and what's so sad is I don't play the actual game. I just collect the 'gan. Because I LOVE THEM -shot shot shot-]

Lucia met Draik one day on her way home from school one day. As she walked through town, she came across a lone Bakugan sphere that a pair of stray cats were batting around. She shooed the cats away and picked up the Bakugan, who thanked her. She freaked out ["U-uah?!! B-bakugan can't talk!! W-what's going on?!"] until the 'gan calmed her down and explained who he was. And Lucia said that Darkus Neo Dragonoid was too long a name, and thus, he gained the new nickname "Draik". And the two have been best friends ever since.

;A; OH GOD SHE DOESN'T HAVE A TRAP I JUST REALIZED THAT ARRRRGH Let's say she doesn't have one yet, ne? xD Oh! And! Lucia's seiyuu is Fumiko Orikasa, and Draik's seiyuu is Nojima Hirofumi [SHUT UP, I KNOW IT'S TOHMA'S SEIYUU, I HAVE MY REASONS FOR PICKING HIM FOR DRAIK. -hisses -]

But aaanyway, I'd like to know what you guys think about her. And my Baku-style! [In my opinion, it looks better than that last picture I tried to draw in Bakugan style. YAY.] Comments are highly appreciated, teehee~! And if you have a Bakugan OC yourself, I'd like to see him/her! Oh, and expect some more art of Lucia and hopefully some of Draik too! ...if I can ever learn how to draw a FUCKING BAKUGAN.... -hisses- -rummages for screencaps of Drago- ...orz....
